2010 KNASCAR Knowledge Series Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. HOW TO ENTER: You must register for the contest prior to or on February 15, 2010. No Purchase Necessary, and no entry fee, payment or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate in Contest. Contest starts February 12, 2010 and ends November 21, 2010 (the “Contest Period”).

To be eligible to participate, you must be registered on www.knascarknowledge.com (the "Web Site"). To register, use the online registration form or send an email to answer@knascarknowledge.com. All entrants must have been registered by the start of the Daytona 500 on February 14, 2010. Eligible participants can accumulate points based on correct answers given to weekly NASCAR-related "trivia" questions on the www.knascarknowledge.com web site at http://www.knascarknowledge.com .

The name of the person submitting the email address upon Contest entry must be the name of the person who registered on the Web Site for such email address. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, online entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address submitted upon entry. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify knascarknowledge.com in writing if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address during the Contest Period. To do so, send an email to answer@knascarknowledge.com.

3. WINNER: Winner will be participant with most points accumulated at the end of the Contest Period on or about November 21, 2010. knascarknowledge.com decisions are final and binding.

4. ELIGIBILITY: YOU MUST BE A NATURAL PERSON LIVING ON THE PLANET EARTH THROUGHOUT THE Contest PERIOD to be eligible to win. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of aliveness as a condition of prize award. Employees of knascarknowledge.com and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. Prizes won by minors under eighteen (18) years of age may be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian who may be required to sign all legal prize acceptance documents. Limit one prize per name and/or e-mail address and/or household.

5. GENERAL: This Contest is subject to the laws of the United States only. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or sanctioned by NASCAR, Sprint, Nextel, Roush Fenway Racing, Crown Royal, General Electric, USG, Carhartt, R+L Carriers or Arby's and they are not affiliated in any way with this contest. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by knascarknowledge.com in its sole discretion. Prizewinner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.

6. CONDUCT: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the Web Site throughout the Contest Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. knascarknowledge.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Web Site; or to be acting in any manner deemed by knascarknowledge.com to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by knascarknowledge.com to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Contest IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, knascarknowledge.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: knascarknowledge.com and MKZoomin17 assumes no responsibility or liability for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Contest; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest or download of any materials in the Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, then knascarknowledge.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential contest winner will be notified by email at the e-mail address provided in the online entry submission. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address (postal or e-mail) will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected at knascarknowledge.com’s and MKZoomin17's discretion. Unless otherwise noted, allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize by mail following completion of notification process.

9. WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Contest, agree to release knascarknowledge.com and MKZoomin17 from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with accessing the Web Site, submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Contest, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. knascarknowledge.com and MKZoomin make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. Except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law, winners grant to knascarknowledge.com the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Web Site) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by knascarknowledge.com.

10. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the contest winner, email your request before November 30, 2010 to knowledge@knascarknowledge.com and in the subject line reference KNASCAR Knowledge Series Contest Winners List Request.

11. Rules on weekly questions and points awarded

(a) Questions will be posted on Fridays prior to regularly scheduled Sprint Cup points races. Answer deadline is at the scheduled start time of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Race for that weekend. Points are awarded based on the order in which correct answers are received.

(b) One answer submitted per week per player, only first answer counts.

(c) Points are awarded each week based on NASCAR's points system (i.e. The first person submitting an answer correctly gets 180 base points, second person 170, etc.). If there are less than 43 people answering correctly on a given week, then 1st place gets 10 bonus points. If less than 43 people answer correctly in a given week, then incorrect answers will receive points based on the bottom of the point system chart. For example, if 3 contestants got the question wrong in a given week, they would receive 40, 37 and 34 points respectively based on who answered first. Contestants not answering will get no points in that week.

(d) If more than 43 people get the answer correct, those contestants answering correctly but beyond 43rd place will still get last place points (currently 34). All are still eligible for the 10 bonus points for guessing the week's race winner (see below)

(e) Contestants can guess on the winning car number for each week's Sprint Cup race. Guess must be submitted while answering the week's question and part of the online submission form (or email). All contestants guessing the correct winner for that week will be given 10 additional "bonus" points.

(f) At the end of week 26, the top 12 contestants points will be reset for a "Chase" to the finish utilizing the same method employed by the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.
